LAUGH LINES

By Los Angeles Times

Enrolling Cheaters: "The University of Arkansas announced it is going to offer a course on Bill Clinton's presidency. In fact, it is the first class where cheating is actually encouraged." (Jay Leno)

Danger Lurking: A study found that "West Palm Beach is one of the U.S.'s most dangerous cities. The study indicated the most dangerous places in West Palm Beach were some pedestrian crossings, a few dark alleys--and any polling booth that assumes the voter knows who to vote for." (Kenny Noble Cortes)

Blame It on the Rain: "According to a scientist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, another El Niņo will hit this part of the world as early as next month. The announcement has the FBI absolutely thrilled because for the first time in months, there will be something else to blame for domestic disasters." (Ira Lawson)
